WELCOME TO MY PRACTICE.
Many people make the decision to start therapy when they are at a particularly low point or in a dark place. You may have heard the saying “it’s always darkest before the dawn.” My hope is that therapy can be the golden light that helps to illuminate and shift your perspective, shining light into those dark spaces and leading you to brighter days ahead.
