SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT.

Your initial session will include a spoken intake assessment to learn more about you and the presenting issues, while also helping us to build rapport, discuss goals, and create a treatment plan that works best for you. At the end of each session, I typically have my clients pick a focus for the week(s) ahead, so it does not feel like everything needs to be tackled at once. Resources can also be provided between sessions when needed, to help further self-growth on your own time.

My therapy style is genuine, integrative, and strengths-based. I do not tie myself to a single therapeutic method, but work to blend elements from different approaches to tailor each client’s treatment based on specific needs. Using various talk therapy methods such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychoanalysis, and mindfulness techniques, I strive to help each individual feel comfortable and understood.

I accept many major insurance plans, including: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Health/Optum, Evernorth, Golden Rule, Humana, Oscar, Oxford, United Medical Resources, and more. Please reach out regarding specific insurance questions.

My out-of-pocket rate is $100 per session, with a sliding scale offered if needed.
