    Many people make the decision to start therapy when they are at a particularly low point or in a dark place. You may have heard the saying “it’s always darkest before the dawn.” My hope is that therapy can be the golden light that helps to illuminate & shift your perspective, shining light into those dark spaces & leading you to brighter days ahead.

    Focusing on abilities, knowledge, and capacities, rather than deficits. Promoting resiliency, self-determination, and growth.

  • INTEGRATIVE

    A holistic approach. Combining elements from different schools of psychotherapy depending on the unique needs of each client.

  • GOAL-ORIENTED

    Developing a treatment plan, goals, and objectives. Leaving each session with a clear and manageable focus for the week(s) ahead.
